Courageous Parents 12-week Group Coaching Program

For all of us parents who wish parenting felt just a little bit (or a lot!) easier…

During this 12-week group coaching program, you will

1. Uncover a values-aligned approach to parenting that will come naturally to you.
2. Find an approach to parenting where you feel confident, calm and grounded, even through meltdowns and challenging situations.
3. Create a deeper, more authentic connection with your child(ren) that results in so much greater cooperation (read: listening).
4. Transform your family life into a space filled with peace, ease, joy, self-trust, and connection.

Topics we will cover together include:

• The Science of Attachment and Child Development
• The Nervous System and Emotion Regulation
• Gaining cooperation through Connection and Play
• Values-based Boundaries, Limits and Discipline
• Effective Communication
• Reparenting and Radical Self-Care
• How to deal with guilt, shame and rage

Start Date and End date: Wednesday, September 20th through Wednesday, December 13th

Dates/Times: Wednesdays from 12-1:15pm MST
Cost: $300/month for 3 months ($900)

Additional information:

• BONUS: Participants will receive 50% off my one-on-one consultation fee for the duration of the program (normally $150/consult)
• Educational portions of the calls may be recorded for participants who miss an occasional live call
• If you sign up with another person (e.g., partner, co-parent, grandparent, friend, etc. there is a $150 cost break for each of you, for a total cost of $250/month ($750 total)
