Heart Centered Meditation and Sound Journey

No experience necessary. Just bring a yoga mat and whatever you desire to be comfortable (we recommend a blanket, pillow and bolster). Then simply lie back and let the sound do the work! The soothing vibrations from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, and chimes will guide you towards a place of love, deep relaxation, stress reduction and balance.
