The Commerce City Police Department now offers an easy way to view crime data from around the city with the new Commerce City community crime map. The map shows general locations and basic data about crimes in our community, including auto thefts, burglaries, assaults, and more.  Some serious crimes (such as domestic violence and sexual assault) are not shown in order to protect victims.

Users can filter this data by date range, type of crime, location, etc. to get a better idea about crimes that have occurred in the areas where you spend time in the city. The interface displays four views of the city’s crime data to the public, with tabs allowing users to switch between a map, data grid, analytics, and metadata view of the crime data. The map also includes data from many other jurisdictions in the Denver metro area.
