The North Range Village subdivision is located in the Commerce City North community on the north side of 104th Ave between Potomac St and Blackhawk St. The neighborhood is comprised of 257 single family homes built by Richmond American Homes, Strauss Homes, and North Range LLC. An additional 15 single-family home lots are platted but remain undeveloped on the north end of the neighborhood.
The neighborhood enjoys a 1.5 acre park area with a playground located on the south side of the park. North Range Village is near a King Soopers super center as well as other shopping and restaurant opportunities. 10 minutes from Bison Ridge Recreation Center, 10 minutes from Buffalo Run Golf Course, 30 minutes to downtown Denver or Denver International Airport.
In January 2016, the North Range Village Metro District assumed all of the responsibilities and services previously provided by the North Range Village Homeowners Association. Homeowners within in North Range Village no longer pay dues to an HOA, all such services now provided by the District are funded through property taxes paid to the District.
